Based on true events, On a Wing and the Prayer stars Dennis Quaid and Heather Graham as husband and wife flying home on a private jet with their family. When the pilot has a heart attack, they are forced to rely on each other to survive. The movie is a faith-based story, and while the genre can sometimes be excluding to those who don’t share similar beliefs, the true story at its center is compelling enough to make for an interesting drama.
